The application Plan-it Med is part of the Play-it Health Solution. Plan-it Med is ideally intended to be used with your care providers. Play-it Health does not provide treatment recommendations but provides a platform to improve your engagement with prescribed treatment regimens. This app is intended to be used to provide reminders, education, and motivation in reference to your medical regimen. It is not intended to be a substitute for the interactions with health providers but is to be a supplement to medical/health regimens that you already have in place. Play-it Health assumes no liability for medical and psychological issues that may arise from the use of this application. The app is not be used by individuals under 18 without the supervision or expressed permission of a supervising adult. Children under 13 should not use this application.

At Plan-it Med, we understand the importance of protecting the privacy of our users' personally identifiable information.
