Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
Effective, reimbursable care between office visits, for nursing and home health care, and during the current epidemic. Supports several brands of Bluetooth devices such as iHealth, Fitbit, Garmin and Jumper as well as cellular devices such as BodyTrace. Monitor parameters such as blood pressure, oxygen saturation, weight, blood glucose, activity, sleep and additional biometrics. Tracks time and necessary action items for CPT codes 99453, 99454, 99457 and 99458 billing. Per patient per month revenue typically ranges from $140 to $220, depending on location.

Billing
Billing for services provided through Plan-it Med® are supported at two levels. Receive a monthly detailed overview in an excel sheet of the parameters needed for billing, such as time spent on the platform for each patient and provider as tracked by our software. Use this overview to submit to a billing service of your choice. Alternatively, through a partnership with FiTek, we can handle the whole billing process for you.
